Return Policy:
-Piccolo Art offers a money back policy, unless otherwise stated. In the unlikely event that a client is unhappy with their purchase, a full refund will be provided. All we ask is that the client notified Piccolo Art in writing/email/fax within five days of delivery and that the item be returned in the same condition as delivered.
Shipping Damage:
-Please contact Piccolo Art immediately to report any shipping damage. Buyer must keep all boxes and packaging materials. Failure to do so could result in denial of an insurance claim.
