| English School, c. 1850. A watercolour portrait of a young gentleman with fair, curly hair and blue eyes, wearing a white shirt, blue waistcoat, and black cravat, under a black coat. A red drape behind his right shoulder. Ornate hair back with seed pearls. Contained within brass locket frame with engraved border. Oval, 5 cms. X 4 cms. (2 inches X 1 1/2 inches).
